I recently stayed at Iberostar Tucan in Playa del Carmen, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The natural environment was beautiful, with exotic animals roaming freely, plus the food was quite tasty. However, I did encounter a few issues during check-in and with a couple of room amenities that could use improvement.

I had an amazing family vacation at Iberostar Waves Tucan. The resort was beautiful and well-maintained, with lots of wildlife to observe. The food at the buffets was impressive, and the entertainment options were fantastic. However, I did find the air conditioning in my room wasn’t cold enough and the beach was not as clear due to seaweed. Overall, I can't wait to return! 😄🌴
